2 days later on 10th Nov - which is 6 days after I have returned - I sent them another reminder via email. On 8th Nov, I sent an email to their given email address on bill enquires, to inform them on the situation and request for the bill. 24 hours later, upon reaching home, I still have not receive any email from the hotel. Thinking it is some sort of sustainability practice, I left it as that, and expecting that I will eventually receive a copy by email shortly. Upon checking out, I asked for a copy of the bill but was told by the receptionist that it will be emailed to me. My room was pre-paid and I furnished my credit card upon checking in to pay for any incidental expenses, e.g. I stayed at Aria on a business trip for 6 nights from 30th October to 5th November 2023.
